Buying Looking of Server Admin for new Hosting Company

Hello everyone
We opened a new hosting company a year ago which slowly rising.
so far we used 3rd company for technical solutions and customer support.
At the moment there are not much work as traffic is still slow. So e are looking for a person who can join our company in a part time job, deal with technical issues and technical tickets. ( not more then 1 hour a day on average).

required Skills:

1. At least 1 year working with WHMCS.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
3. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience..
4. Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred.
5. Experience with documenting procedures.
6. Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.

Since the time require is low. we are offering at the moment 100USD per month and if admin will be serious and good we will offer percentages in company.
