Looking Image Hosting Script

alright.
so ive had my share of hosting scripts.
mihalism, uploader by celeron dude, etc.
but they just arent cutting it for me.
i would like one that does the following:

simple uploading design such as:

i would like it to support MULTI image uploading.
not like the uploader script by celeron dude where you have to click
browse, select, ok, browse, select, ok.
i would like you to have to click BROWSE, then be able to select multiple images
while holding CTRL.

i would like it to auto resize images large images.

i would like all images to spit out random URLs like tinypic.

i would like all images to watermark with TEXT across the middle of every uploaded image.

i would like progress bars for each image being uploaded, sort of the way the new image uploader on myspace works. (not very important but would be appreciated)

and lastly, i would like a nice admin side to the script, where you can adjust the following:

auto resize images larger then ? pixels by ? pixels
watermark text
logging of images uploaded and by what IP.
banned IPs
allowed image types (.jpg, .gif, .bmp etc)
URL types to spit out

,<img></img>,direct link, CUSTOM, etc.
