I would make the navigation links to the left a little smaller.

 

i think the header and the navigations links should be changed.
also you need a favicon.

 

Yeah the header really needs some improvement. there are people here at DP who can do much better header for just a minimal fee. Also, i find the side bar too thin.

Thanks for your comments. I agree that the navigation links should be a little smaller. The header is my company logo so can't be changed. May I ask why you think it should be changed?

I'm looking into a designer to revamp the logo and text. If you could recommend some ideas that would be great.

The site would look much better if you got a professional template.

 

This may sound like a stupid question coming from a part qualified web designer but what would a template achieve that I can't?
Could you explain to me what the improvements would be so I can see if I can do it using my own skills before I go ahead and pay someone to do something I could have done.

Again, thanks for all the comments they're really helping me improve my site for perspective clients.
