    Neither is free, but BlogSense and WP Robot do this that I know of.

    WP robot is nice, I would choose that over anything. But its terrible for SEO.

    There is no free plugin for that to my knowledge, however, you can try WP Answers an awesome plugin

    WP Answers also has a good community support, sorry I didn't mention that before. It's the best chance you got if you want something light and simple for your site.
