Looking for Writers/Forums Posters/Mods

I have a florida gator sports site in which I am looking for people to write on the blog, write forum posts, and help me and a friend moderate the forums

I am offering you all with adsense revenue sharing for the site, and i am averaging about $10 a day from the site

So if you like the gators or a sports fan then this might be something cool for u to do
