I am looking for WP e-commerce plugin configuration help. I have installed e-commerce plugin successfully but whenever trying to activate "Buy Now" it doesn't show with product. 2nd main thing : I have different brand with different subcategory.Like 1) hotfile 2) Fileserve 3) Letitbit.....and each brand have its own plan. So what i am looking for each brand page should be separate, Like http://www.sitename.com/hotfile and there it show only hotfile product plan, price, details and Buy Now button. For another brand http://www.sitename.com/fileserve and on. So is it possible with e-commerce to manage such page as i saw by default it list all product on single "Product Page". If you can do this, PM me your active chat id and i will discuss there for more. Looking for prompt solution. Thanks
webriver@skype here's an example of a Truly Exceptional eCommerce Solution Using Wordpress understand the thumbanils all link of because the site is affiliate catalog. you simply turn the fuction off and each thumbnail has it's own page like this example Website Designer
stay away from the ecommerce solution suggested by jason it is just a theme (shopperpress) and not dedicated to ecommerce, as such it is sadly lacking in postage config, my personal preference for e-commerce is Shopp, Having previously been a wp-ecommerce user I find Shopp is easier to configure, it is faster than wp-ecommerce and the updates to the code are done faster, also the support at Shopp forum I feel is better
Dawn I have to respectfully disagree. You are correct the product post page has a one size fits all layout. A simple noob can use it without any issues if they are satisfied with the layout. A savoy WPgrammer can have a field day with the code. I will admit as far as a blogging platform goes it seriously lacks. Shopp is a great plugin which is all it is, a plugin. You still have to design your site to fit around the plugin as shopperpress is already designed, just add content and your up. Thanks for your comments
