As to 50% upfront fee.. I'm already paying up front for the job technically, as I don't get paid until the 1st of the month. And I can't really pay up front because if you make the site and don't get accepted I'm out the money. I've already lost $200 that way.. Sorry but I can't do it that way anymore. Once you get accepted you get paid.
