Hello, I am a middle aged woman who spends alot of time home with my children. I am currently seeking HONEST ways to supplement my income. I do work while my children are in school, but still have plenty of time to work from home as well. I have experience in customer service, both online and real life. For the past 2 years I worked as the sole customer ticket receiver for an online business that unfortunetely, no longer has enough business to require my assistance. My duties were answering any and all minor issues and keeping the owner apprised of larger technical issues that had to be resolved. I processed refunds and cancellations as well. I also have many years experience in moderating and running forums. I co-founded and helped run a forum for people wishing to create and own text based online games. Prior to this I also was game staff on the online game Torn. And of course, I create and design graphics, if you wish to see samples of my work I can provide these upon request , but do not at this time have a website portfolio set up. I am hard working, loyal and mature enough to be relied upon to get the job done. I am open to most types of work, and willing to learn.
