Looking for WordPress Theme Modifications/Fixes

Hello.

I need someone who knows valid XHTML/CSS coding - perhaps even someone who is familiar with WordPress - to help me modify and fix my current WordPress theme.

Job details:
- Need indents taken out from content text.
- Need double-spacing in content to be smaller then it currently is..
- Need the main page to look different than a normal WordPress blog; easy modifications I already have a screenshot of what I want it to look like. It's basically formatting and styling the text a bit differently and not showing content of posts on main page (and limiting posts on main page to x number of posts etc).
