We'd like to retain most of the settings/features/design elements of the site and customize it only when it is absolutely required. We'll purchase the theme and give it you. You'll have to migrate our posts, pages, plugins and make whatever customisations we'd suggest (mostly CSS). It's kinda hard to give a quote without knowing the scope of the work. Do you use custom post types etc? Is your old theme a custom one that relies on a lot of hardcoding.
