Looking for wordpress theme customisers

Alright,

Time for another Job opening.

I am looking for people who can select great wordpress themes from Wordpress Theme panel and then Customise them to my needs.

I am looking for the following -

Extreme Customisation
- Complete Graphic overhaul
- Complete change of color scheme.
- Adsense/banner placements
- Creating blank space for a logo
- Other changes specified later on

Minor Customisation
- Adsense/affiliate banner placing.
- Creating a blank space for a logo.
- Other changes specified.

Also looking for cheap e-labor for installation and other such tid bit works.
