I have created a layout that I would like converted to WordPress. I'm a Drupal man, so it's simply not worth it to me learn the WP template schema. The layout I have created is clean and validates and includes very few images. I'm only interested in working with someone who has already created a theme for wordpress and can keep up with me as far as design goes. It's not that I don't have the skill for this, I simply don't have the time. The layout is a single page, so there will not be multiple layouts. all content will remain in a single column, while all menu items will remain in another, and a simple php include will occupy a third column.
