Looking for wordpress Pro with blogstarter theme i have lot of problems

    i have downloaded blogstarter theme for wordpress. the problem is how do i remove ad in the top right corner and replace it with AdSense for Search ? what kind of plugins would i need to place 300 by 250 ad box for amazon ? and last is what do i do with those 2 file call XHTML BlogStarter &
    PSD BlogStarter ? sorry for trouble guys.
