Looking for wordpress flash effect

hey guys, I'm trying to find a plugin or similar like on this homepage header area.
www.joolu.com. Would like to be able to put on some of my wordpress pages.

I find what you want . But it's not a plugin it's WordPress theme named Async Slider WordPress Theme(http://themeforest.net/item/sofa-ideal-wp-business-corporate-blog/full_screen_preview/560735) . Adel, thanks....the WP Parallax Content Slider Plugin is very helpful.
Does anyone else know of any similar wordpress plugins
or themes with something like this?
