Looking for WordPress expert

    I am looking for a WordPress expert who can help me with the following:

    1.) Build a template based on a existing design I have.

    2.) Help me install WordPress on a server and get the site up and running.

    3.) Properly more questions.

    I need a very experienced WordPress person who can help me with a fast turn-around.

    so you have already a html based website that needs to be converted in to wp theme and install on your server right?
