Looking for "What's new" script

Hi. I am looking for a script that will generate content on a page, or generate a page, that will list all newly-edited pages (preferably with time and date stamp), so that visitors to my site will see what has been edited.

I don't know anything about scripts, so please keep it simple! :) I only know html. I use Frontpage for my site.

    My site is at http://tvmegasite.net
It is really huge, tens of thousands of pages.
So the script has to work with Frontpage (or despite it?) and not slow things down or mess anything up.

Preferably it has to be very easy for me to use since I don't know scripts myself. It needs to be plug-and-play :)

    Thanks for any help!

Please don't bother to lecture me about Frontpage, why you hate it, how I should get rid of it, etc. I am fully aware of its limitations and problems (and no, I am not going to switch to either Web Expressions, or Dreamweaver, etc.). I like it and plan to keep using it. Our site will eventually not be so dependent on it as we are going to using a content management system. Not any time soon, though.
