Revenue I would like to reserve myself a position to run your site for at least 1 year, no less. I would request for you to create a paypal account just for the website. For the first 3 months, any money made off of the site, will be put into an account, and will not be touched except for site use only. The fourth month that I run it, I will be paid 50%, and every month after that there will be a 5% increase, until it gets to the 9th month, it will remain at 75%. Everything will be documented, and when it is time to get paid, I will either send it to my paypal account, or buy an Amazon Gift Card, or leave some of the money to invest it in the site. But the only problem is it has a very few members and not much in the show to visitors. I have no ads put up anywhere. I have received information that it is against PayPal's TOS to signup on multiple accounts, which I have known, and if you can't do it, that is fine, but if you don't have PayPal yet, or if there is a way to divide it into maybe different sections, that would be great aswell. I just don't want to work off of your personal paypal, but I would like to be able to spend the sites money. I don't know if a business account would be accessible or not.
It can be negotiated, depending on what my duties are on the website. I have receieved posts where I will recieve 100% and others where I will recieve 33%. It all depends on what I am doing, how I will be paid. You also have to consider that I am offering to invest 3 months of revenue back into the site. Obviously the 25% is valued if you have no duties on the site at all, which is nice if you can get 25% for letting somebody manage a site for you, than after my job is done, you have the site, the members, and the revenue at 100%. I am not owning your site, but it is like a partnership, which is normally 50/50, but with you not doing anything, I tend to feel I might appreciate more. I admire your bold approach but, with all due respect, why on earth don't you just set something up for yourself? I mean, if you are capable of creating and managing sites, there shouldn't really be any reason for you to want to manage someone elses sites.

Although, one is not trying to call you a fool, but personally I got really entrenched in the power of content within your post, and I am really convinced that you sound to me a GEM - your age notwithstanding. So I also ask: "Why don't you start a website project of your own, instead?" "Don't you think it will be more profitable, both in the short and long run terms?" Well, I believe you have your reasons for wanting to ‘partner’ with other - but try to weigh your proposal against my suggestion here. I would like to venture out on my own and manage a website, but I am being withheld because of my age. I am not 18, therefore I can not purchase hosting or a domain name. My parents will not allow me to do such as they feel everything on the internet is a scam. Basically I am trying to set aside some money for myself, so I won't have to touch my bank account when I am 18, and if I do, it won't be much, so I can still pay for college, etc. My payment methods are paypal and Amazon Gift Cards, so I am trying to be as professional as I can with this as it would enhance my experience, but yet I would like to purchase wanted items with this money as well as set some money aside for any future budgets I might have. Here is where I stand, I am quite booked up with websites, but I might have room for one more website depending on what it is about, etc. I am pending a few sites already, but they were just inquiring about it, and I was never contacted yet. If you want this service, please let me know. Also, the site doesn't need to be exactly about technology, etc. You can take a chance and ask me if I will manage your site, the worst I can say is I am not interested, or it would be too much to do for the amount of time I now have, and thanks for the offer.
