Hello, I was wondering if anyone on here could provide me with some information regarding lenders willing to finance website purchases specifically on a cashflow basis. I have a job as a commercial lender (obviously we don't do cashflow based financing for website purchases or I wouldn't be here) and have identified an opportunity that I feel could be very profitable if I am able to secure the funds required to pursue the acquisition. I am looking for around $100,000 and am looking for a quick amortization, probably two years or less. I would be willing to put up some equity although a $100,000 loan would still leave the business substantially levered. I know this is a shot in the dark but if anyone has any info please PM me.
