Selling Looking for website development project manager

    Hi, i am looking for a website development project manager, with some experience on hiring proper people, staying with in budget and timing.

    This is start up project from scratch i need aggressive project manager to sit down with me on Skype for about 2 hours using Skype voice so i can explain what i need.
