Looking For Website Designer

    Im looking for a CHEAP website Designer. I need:

    A Naruto Website that Gives the Option to the visitor to choose between:

    "Videos" or "Manga" If they choose videos they can choose to watch in english or Brazilian.
    Same thing for manga.

    But i also need Something that auto Uploads ALL the Videos and Manga (english and brazilian) From episode 1 to the latest.

    I need it cheap pl0x ;O pm me price

    It's better if you mention your budget. As "cheap" doesn't signify any numerical figures and what is cheap seems to me need not be sounds cheap to you :)

    Well It COuld auto upload the manga from onemanga , the video in brazilian from liganaruto , etc...
    and its not illegal...

    and my budget is low but i got somme stuff that you might find interesting.
