Looking for webdesigner, header designer and maybe logo designer

Basically im looking for somebody to design and if possible code a website for me.

Pretty simple site that is similar to this http://hogsheadhotel.co.uk/

I want the rounded look with a nice header on the top which looks nice.

Then a little thing at the bottom with a phone number and address etc.

Then a simple menu system. Space for content in the middle and then space for a few photos on the right hand side.

it would be nice if one person could do all that but if not post your prices indivudually for designing a nice header, the website its self and coding it.

Just a quick update due to the messages i have recieved. The header and footer can be static.

But i would like the menu to be a pop out menu if possible for the menu system down the side.
