looking for webdesigner and be able to code it too

    hello there.

    i have a website, cashsitebuilders.com. as you can see, it's a common template and i want my site to be different from others - i want to be unique. designer must also create logo.....

    i want something fresh and pastel in color.

    also, designer must have the ability to code it - since i am a businessman not a webmaster.

    i will provide cpanel and admin info once we have setled prices and demos showed.
