    Hi all,

Can you please recommend the most suitable (preferably free or cheap) web hosting for my requirements below.

I am looking for value for money (if not free)
    Reliability
    Secure email accounts
    PHP & Javascript support.

    Thanks,

    Cain Fleming

if you looking for free hosting, than I don't think you can expect any kinda of support or can ask to have any specific feature, so if you looking for something specific, your best option is a host, who can give you best support with low cost, there are big companies, which everyone mostly suggest, but I personally think time and support you can get from many good small host, might be difficult to get in bigger companies.

If you want free hosting then you can search in google "Free Webhosting"
there are many site that give you free webhosting without any Forced ads

and if you can pay for hosting then go to google and read review about hosting services
You can find cheap hosting service but read review about hosting company before buying to Get best value of your money

The guys I'm hosting with have an introductory offer right now for new clients. $17 gets you your first full year of hosting and a domain included for the first year, and again just $17. PM me for their coupon code.

nothing in life is free. "free" hosting usually comes with ads attached, and only offered if your needs are light.

cheap is possible, free is unrealistic usually.

You definitely won't get "secure" and "reliable" with free Web hosting.

Simply you need cpanel hosting and that you can get around $5 per month that too from reputed companies.
To start Google is your friend buddy....
