Hi. I have a idea of a great project, and i need a very experience Web developer/designer. I will need my project to be PERFECT which means you should have atleast 3-6 years of experience. LOL - so only someone with 3+ years "experience" can produce a prefect project? Sounds to me like you are in danger of cutting out a large group of developers who would be a lot cheaper and just as good as the dinosaurs....
