Looking for Web Developement firm

I am in the process of raising an Angel investing round for a new community web based idea I have.

I have investors willing to write very large checks, but at this stage I am not yet sure what kind of capital I need to raise.

Prior to accepting any investment, I need to speak with very competent high level website designers to get an understanding of if the project is $50,000 or $500,000 or $5 million to get from the drawing board to live.

The concept requires the integration of video, simple games, an advanced analytics system, a database, as well as a complex ad serving platform.

None of what I need done has not been done elsewhere and none of it is technically that complex, it just needs to work together in a very professional and fast manner, with high reliability.

Most importantly it needs to scale very easily.

I have done Google searches for web developement, but I keep finding web design firms who work for local law firms and non-profits, nice little websites, but nothing I would trust a multi-million dollar start-up to.

Anyone know of any companies that can undertake and nail a project of a larger magnitude?

    Thanks in advance.

We have taken on some government tenders. Some pretty large scale stuff. Can you let us know a little more detail on what exactly will be required of the firm and what sort of time constraints will be placed?

Also, is location an issue for you?

Apologies. Not like me to pull up an old thread.
