Looking for web designers for in house projects

    We're seeking a web designer who we can use on an ongoing bases for numerous ongoing projects.

    We're really tired of viewing portfolios with brochure sites and lots of generic, unoriginal ideas. What I would love is to talk to someone who is experienced and creative. We are willing to pay for high quality work.

    In addition to a web designer (graphics, xhtml, css, etc), we are also looking for individuals with a high level of skill in:

    Flash
    Php
    MySQL
    Ajax
    Other Web 2.0 technologies
