Looking for web designer to develop web hosting site

    I am looking for a web designer or a design team to develop a web hosting site. The site will need to have a cms of some kind and also have a flash banner. I can send you a detailed outline of what the site needs to look like as well as some more general info. I would also like to outsource my web design work from my company so if anyone is interested you would be getting a steady stream of clients for very little if any cut from me since the service is only part of our package and not where our money is coming from.

    I would like to note that we no longer need a cms as part of the design and that as part of the deal for a lower price we will throw in free web hosting for as long as you are doing design work for our clients.

    I don't think we need a web designer at this point since I have a few offers on the table but we may be still looking for work for our clients.
