Hi, I'm looking for a creative designer to come up with a design for a new project. I need a homepage and a few sub pages and I would also want different colour variations so I can choose what looks best. It's a website for members to buy and sell used items. I want something simple and clean, but something that stands out from the crowd. My budget is $200, however I would be willing to increase this should I get the design I want.
