Looking For Web 2.0 Designer to Design My New Website

    Greetings,

    I am looking for a Web 2.0 style designer to design my new website.

    I need the entire website layout & graphics to be designed. He should be experienced in Photoshop, XHTML & CSS.

    I will be providing instructions and also websites I like, to understand what I am looking for.

    Will prefer a designer with alot of creativity & someone easy to communicate with.
