I've had good experiences with & would recommend both www.servint.com ($49/month) and www.KickAssVPS.com ($25-45/month). Servint has its own datacenter w/24 hour support & is very reliable - less RAM but more transfer than KickAss. KickAss is a smaller operation but also with great support. I've been with Servint for almost 4 years and KickAss for 1 with no significant problems or downtime.
