    Why do you want VPS for the Pharmacy site dude??
    You would hardly need 1000GB bandwidth and 50 Gb space. You can try the 2nd link on my Signature. Im with it since 7 months and i feel it to be the best.Its your wish..
    You can get 6000 GB bandwidth and 600Gb space for just 8$/month.

    it is not legal to host online pharmacy on American Hosting - it gets deleted in 5-6 months period ;)
