Looking for VPN service

    I am looking for a pretty cheap/reliable VPN service. I would like to have it dynamic IP(changes everytime I login) or a lot of different static IPs. I do not want just a static IP, so please do not offer it to me. If you have something, or know where to get it, let me know.

    That isn't really what I am looking for. That looks like it is a static IP
