Hi, I have a business where I buy items from customers and I offer free shipping, that is I want to offer free shipping in the form of prepaid shipping labels. Normally you would attach prepaid shipping label to a customer who has bought a product from your website, however, for my business it is the other way around, we buy from the customer, and we need to send them a shipping label. Say for example I buy an iphone from someone in the USA, I need to send them an email with a prepaid shipping label that is attached in PDF/image format that they can print, tape to a box, and ship their iphone to us so we can verify and pay them. I have seen big websites do this but I am not sure how. Basically I want to email our customer after they place an order with an attached shipping label they can print, does anyone know how to this?
