    I need a programmer to build a website from scratch for me. He ( or She ) must:

    - Speak English and understand it very well.
    - Be Able To Program: PHP/MYSQL & Possibly CURL
    - Be Willing To Be Paid Over A Few Months Time ( EX: The Project is $300, you Get Paid $100 A Month For 3 Months )...
    - Be Affordable
