Looking For Very Experienced WordPress Designer, Coder

    I have 2 blogs I recently created. I hired someone that represented himself as very experienced. I very quickly learned he has little or any conceptual talent when it comes to talent.

    I need someone I can hire to review my 2 blogs and make the needed changes to make the sites viewable by all visitors. To best utilize my Feedburner and FeedBlitz accounts.

    My goal is ease of use to daily be able to add meaningful articles with images and links without generating constant script erros. Currently I see loads of errors (I use Internet Explorer) but my current designer always claims it is a "bug". I hate that answer and expect more than that out of someone I hire.

    I also need to have someone remove any unneeded plugins I have and add the best ones available to make the sites user friendly for both the admins and end users.

    I have been receiving complaints from some users the text is smaller in some areas of the site and not clear. So whoever I hire needs to thoroughly understand how to make the site useable to all.

    I am NOT interested in fluff design. I like clean, crisp layouts with maximum use of space available.

    If I find someone that knows what they are doing and is resonable in his/her price I have loads of work. I own about 80 sites and plan on creating a lot more blogs.

    Please PM with your information. Please do not just tellme you are interested. Tell me up front your history and experience in web and blog design. Also, tell me if you feel competant enough to deal with all issues mentioned and possibly more.

    WP shouldn't be generating any errors like what you describe unless the code has been modified, or it is using some ugly plugins. Firstly, make sure it is WP 2.0.4. Disable any plugins that you don't need. Though one of the nice things about WordPress is the ease of plugin use, overuse is still a problem. You can try disabling all and then enabling one at a time to track down issues. What kinds of error messages are you getting?
