    looking for cheap sites dont care about content or revenue
    but would like some pages already listed in SE's

    credit (services, repair, cards etc)
    stocks (investments)
    dogs (care training etc)

    topics that already have a ton of articles written,
    that i can use for content

    Domains OK Too
    Budget $10 - $100 maybe a little higher
    if i cant resist.

    does each registration create a page that
    their uploaded thumbnails get placed on ?
