Looking for VCC to verify Paypal

    I am looking for a vcc to verify my paypal account.
    I already bought on but it didn't work!
    This guy told me that it is maybe because when I signed up I choosed as primary Euros,not Dollars.
    Anyway,PM if you can help.

    What is a VCC? I have a paypal account but I think I never heard of/used a VCC

    I would advise not doing that, a search would reveal a few users having their money stuck because they were using VCC to verify their Paypal

    you should check if the bank is compatible with PayPal. if you're from Europe i suggest a VCC from ING. they work really fast. also, try to keep in mind that you need about 3$ on that credit card to be able to validate paypal. you don't need account in euro or $, because they'll be automatically converted in your currency when you're doing transfers.

    @wisdomtool -> VCC work really well.
