I've been a vBulletin moderator/administrator for 5+ years, I've had a leased license to Jelsoft's product for 2 of those years, and I have coded several skins for vBulletin 3.0 myself (one for 2.x, but that was a HORRIBLE theme, hehe, my first one ever). I know some of the team members as well as knowing this board's software in and out pretty much, so take that into mind.

I'll can offer you an easy going rate on helpin ya out, just shoot me a PM!

All depends on what you mean by 'Set Up' --- Basic set up isnt difficult and is something you should know how to do yourself.

We have free skins and tutorials on vBulletin FAQ and in our vBulletin Forum -

Thanks for everyone's interest and offers.

I will put together some specs, to the best of my ability soon.

I will learn slowly over time later, and all i really need to know is how to post and manage. My time is more precious than money.

    thanks

    Scott
