Yes, I found one this weekend. You have to buy a book (I can't leave a live link yet - go to www.searchenginesales.com ) The book is Search Engine Advertising: Buying Your Way to the Top to Increase Sales (2nd Edition) by Kevin Lee. Be sure to buy a new copy, though. I got mine at Borders this weekend with my 30% off coupon - spent about $25 for it. I haven't read the book, but the $200 Bing credit definitely makes it worth it. Read the fine print on the link - you'll have to pay the $5 nonrefundable deposit and you probably have to input your credit card info to get it started.
