Hi i am looking for using an affordable live chat on my website which gives me the option of having multiple departments and multiple operators. recommendations and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Perhaps you could just check out LiveChat softwares via Google and see for yourself. We use LiveChat in our site but don't know exactly what software it is.
