I choose second. First one looks a bit childish.

I like the first one more. It helps to have a short blurb what the site is about, as well as the social buttons. However, the logo seems to be a bit out of place (put it above the nav bar?) and it would look better if the 3 boxes in the middle could be even instead of oblique.

I did vote for the second one. It looks more professional and the form fields are intuitive to handle. Good choice of colors.

Don't like the chosen colors for the first one. The steps 1, 2 and 3 are a nice idea, but the whole not lined up thing is kinda irritating to look at.

I like the first one, because it is clean, the color of background is not very dark, and it's more lovely than the second one.

I like both, the second is a bit more user friendly, but the first is more "atractive".

The first one has more appeal visualy

The second one would be easier to use, the lay out is more practical.

The three seperate boxes of the first design doesn't make sense to me in terms of the interface, all I'm doing is converting a video file I dont need three boxes. However the style and colors work much better with this version.

I would say, take the layout of the second option but the style of the first option.

You asked "Which one is more user-friendly and more attractive and fits nowadays trends."

Then I have to go with the second design, it is way more appealing then the first one and it gives you a clear look on things within a second. The positioning of objects and use of colors are professional.

When a user sees this, he immediately knows what he can do.

Has to be the second design, the first one looks like its for children, second one looks more simple, but simple can be effective.

I go for the first. It has a more funky friendly appeal but depends on who your audience are.

I prefer the design of the first but prefer the layout of the second one. Due to the conversion boxes having a shadow they look like they have been positioned further back in the z axis. This makes me focus on the bottom box first which I guess isn't what you are trying to do.

I voted for the first design, although I think it would look a little better if the "upload, format, convert" boxes were straight instead of crooked.

I would go with the second. It is much more appealing to the eye than the first one and would be much simpler for individuals that may have little to no experience with computers.
