looking for upload/download script

    hi i'm looking for a script that allows me to upload files from my local pc or by remote upload and host them in my server than gives me direct download links, plz if any1 knows, tell me it's really urgent

    Why don't you use FTP , very easy and is designed for what you are looking at.
