Looking for unique script, Will Pay!!!

Hey all,
Im looking for an advent calendar script that will display an advent calendar on my webpage and only allow the user to open the window if it is that date. The design has to be nice or editable. As i do not think there is a script out there i am willing to pay for someone to design it for me. Here's a quick breakdown list of what i want.

1. Editable design layout
2. Windows only open on their corresponding day e.g on the 1st of december the only window that will open is window 1.
3. Windows open in the page and dispay a window over the top (eg. Ajax used) with clickable links in the window.
4. Users can open the window a day late (eg. on the 6th of december they can open window 1,2,3,4,5 and 6)
5. A Place for google ads on the page.
