Looking for Unique Fax Cover Sheets in Microsoft Word Format

    Should be very easy for any designer.

    I am looking for 10-20 different completely unique fax cover sheets.

    They must be completedly unique and not ripped from another website.

    It should be a very easy task.

    I am willing to pay $2 a piece.

    I would ask you to start with 2-3 so I could just check the work and then we would continue with the next 17-18 of them.
