    512mb + ram
    cpanel/whm/fantasico or installion

    host should migrate all accounts on the old server to the new..

    I think that it worth to have a look at eurovps.com. I have heard a lot of them. But do not personaly use ;) (don't ask why me here)

    It's easer on me.

    Thats why, I probally only live up the road from the server so it's nice to have a fast one not a slow US server.
