Looking for two page templates based on design

    I have a site that I really like and am looking for a similar design for a site I operate with my brother-in-law.

    I am looking for someone to create two pages, a main page or splash page and an inner page, fixed width, css and html. Tables are OK, but I'd prefer CSS based design.

    W3C would be a plus. PM me for the site and then you can quote. We can pay via PayPal.
