If anybody have even 400 followers then also we are ready to accept. More than 400 would be always good due to followers. But it should not be spammy twitter accounts, we will check verify. You didn't even mention the rate and the niche. I have my own real Twitter account with over 1,000+ followers, but I don't like to retweet or tweet something that is not relevant to my niche.
