Well the best linking strategy is to exchange the links with the same themed websites or buy links directly on those websites. The problem is - this kind of job tooks a lot of time and goes very very slow. I can provide to you another way, can publish the links from PR 1 and higher blogs pages and from article directories, can also publish some links from profiles (pr 6,7,8) using your anchors. Most of those websites not actually related with real estate, but those links is pretty good anyway for your website.
