Hey Oninuva, I feel that me and my team can do a great job of this for you. As the lead programmer, I've dealt with the majority of the features that you would like built into the site. The only possible challenge we would come up against is the dynamic creation of the subdomain. However a quick Google search shows a good deal of documention to look into for it.
