Hello, We are expanding our company and we are going to be hiring on new sales associates , so what we are looking for is someone who can create our training manuals for us (.pdfs). The person who does this needs to be knowledgable about the following: Sales Web Development (XHTML/CSS, PHP/MYSQL, ASP) Web Hosting (Packages, Servers, ) Content Management Systems E-Commerce Graphic Design (Static & Flash) As I said above is our main services we are offering so we want our sales assoicates to be able to read this manual and know enough to be able to sell the services, so that is what your manuals need to be able to teach, also we want the manuals to include some information about Sales, incase our sales associates are not the best sales person (ie. gaining client trust, closing sales) stuff of this nature. The person we choose MUST and I repeat MUST have perfect English. As all our sales assoicates will be located in the United States. There is no requirments on pages or anything (now dont' write me a 200 page book on this stuff), but use enough to be able to explain to people the detailed and important aspect of all things listed.
